The House is (2500+ qft) I have one room available. The room is downstairs next to the front door adjacent to the semi-private bathroom. Common areas are the kitchen with space in the fridge and freezer, the living room the 85“ TV is set up with multiple streaming services, Netflix, prime /Paramount, HBO/Max, Hulu, Disney and Apple, and the workout room with extra TV

4 bedroom 3 bath house with two storys. I have a “gym” with a free weight universal rack, a dumbbell rack, elliptical, exercise balls, resistance bands and floor space to do all sorts of exercises. House is located in a cul-de-sac in a safe quiet neighborhood with security cameras and alarm systems. Enter the house using keyless or remote entry. House is equipped with a tankless water heater so there is endless hot water.
