Small modest sized bedroom to share in a House with a 70 year old single man. Have washer/dryer in shared bathroom, but I also have my own bathroom mostly used by my cats. This is a Manufactured House in a 55+ Age Community but a 40+ Age person can rent a room in my home with me, you must be a non-smoker and love cats (I have several Litter Boxes kept as clean and odor free as can be expected (no feline allergies) and be very responsible since they are all indoor cats. I have a vast DVD Library that can be shared in my house and there can be a Cable TV or Streaming TV Service in either common living room or in bedroom but must pay for the extra cable box and share monthly Cable TV/Internet Costs, though I am trying to get get a cheaper monthly Streaming TV Service and keep my Internet Service

I am a single man very quiet in semi-retirement with 6 cats where most of them stay in my bedroom and are great companions. This is a ranch style House, so there is ample kitchen access and carport, and a very quiet respectful area, to take a walk in the Park itself or to walk to downtown Riverhead 15 minutes on foot. All residents are in their 55+ or over years most are retired. I am Covid-19 free and have been fully vaccinated with booster, and you should be the same. The Room has a large closet. I am respectful of others Privacy and I ask the same in return, though I am very easy to get along with and am friendly. Those of you seeking a Room in a House that has a more than fair Monthly Rent of $800.00, who also are Care-Givers, this is a Golden Opportunity since this is an Adult Elder/Senior Citizen Community that many Elder Homeowners live here and many have various daily needs, some who may live alone like me, may need a Health Care-Giver and I when my father was alive, we had a Live-In Aide who had a room much smaller in a House in Hollis Hills Queens, who was a member of our Home and Family for Ten (10) years. Please don’t pass this opportunity go by where you could live in a community and then actually walk too any Elder Clients who have various health needs and issues in this 55+ AGE Community, and then walk home eliminating your Auto Transportation too and from your Care-Giving Clients in different Long Island Towns, and you will have beaten this current Nation-Wide Gas Price Gouging Inflation and pay a fair Monthly Rent, and work and live with a friendly but still respectful 66 year old retired man who has a deep appreciation for those who are Care-Givers, and are not paid properly for the personal hard work that they do every day.
