Master suite with own bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment was just renovated, new wood floors and stainless utilities. I have ATT fiber and the apartment is furnished with hard wood and black leather living room set, but if you want to furnish differently that is fine. Apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment complex is located right next to several venues. The complex is right next to the Fountains. There is a Sam’s, a Walmart, and the Mall essentially right behind the property. There are several parks right down the road as well.

I am Active Duty Military, my young son lives with me. I pretty much keep to myself and try to stay quiet. When I am not at work, I am usually at my church right down the road, or at my gym around the corner. I ask that anyone considering moving please be aware that I am a single parent so no drama or irresponsible behavior please. I am a responsible adult and am looking for someone similar. $400 for room and private bath, im asking to split utilities which usually run me between 150 to 200 a month.
