Convenient location is walkable from Castro and Noe Valley and convenient to multiple MUNI lines. Shared expenses of around $200-300 monthly (varies seasonally) include utilities, twice monthly housekeeping of shared spaces, and a fully loaded cable/internet package with wifi and most streaming services.

I’m a progressive mid 50’s Queer non-religious man. I’m a bit of a homebody (don’t worry I have anactive social life and do go out regularly) who enjoys film, reading, cooking theater, baking, and travel. I’m pretty chill and easy to get along with. Current roommate has been living with me for 6 years and I’m sad to see him move on. I’m an early to bed/early riser so looking for someone compatible with that.
