House to share. - I have a room available for rent in rosena ranch with your own bath room. Full house access I am the owner and I do live at the property with my one dog. Must be okay with her. I do work from home so all I ask is you be mindful of that as I am on the phone alot with my clients. Bedroom is furnished if you want it. The rent is 1100 a month this includes all utilities. Internet, water ,electricity ,house has solar so the air is ran most of the time during the hot months. There is also a clubhouse and pool and spa . Also the neighborhood is very active block parties, garage bar crawls, we have our own beer brewer, car shows, ETC.

I am 32. Single male, Marine Corps veteran, and an Insurance broker. I’m a very mellow laid back kind of person. Respectful of differences and space. During the week I work full time so usually not doing much. Weekends I like to go out get some beers, BBQ, etc
