This is an incredible unit only a 5 min walk to the beach, located right on a1a. This apartment is renovated and recently updated has central a/c, dishwasher, new fridge (got it last month). The private room has its own private bathroom and is fully furnished with a queen bed and a brand new comforter! I keep the house well stocked with supplies and the room has towels, sheets, blankets etc as well as toiletries in the bathroom. I also keep the space very clean and would require the same level of cleanliness with whoever would take the room. The kitchen has anything you can need to cook or bake, we have a coffee maker as well as a juicer. The well stocked and spacious kitchen is great for anyone who likes to cook as long as you also like to clean up after! The area is amazing with coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, hotels and of course the beautiful ocean all outside your door. The apartment complex atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, we are tucked away from the bustle of the beach. Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful, and I would require someone who will reciprocate these qualities.

I am very easy going person, usually kept very busy with work and life’s activities. I enjoy living in this area, its divine!
