Large furnished bedroom with walk-in closet. This room is located in huge above-ground walkout basement with tons of natural light. Owners live upstairs and rent out 2 basement bedrooms. This bedroom is on the same level as the second kitchen (for use by basement tenants), large shared recreation/TV room and one additional bedroom (occupied by other tenant). Tenant has free access to the Fitness center and pool in Sterling Ranch (https://sterlingranchcolorado.com/sterling-ranch-amenities/) Must love dogs, but not have any pets yourself.

We are a lesbian couple in our 30-40’s. Other basement tenant is mid 20’s, female.

Working professionals. Active, enjoy all things Colorado has to offer and travel often. Quiet home and safe neighborhood.
