The house is a brand new 3 bedroom house on an 1/3 acre that is less than 5 minutes from university of both west Florida campus and I-10. The two bedrooms that are being rented out are both furnished with a desk/chair and bed (no bedding provided). Rent will include all appliances, utilities, and wifi.

As of now there is only one persons living here (me) but I am looking to fill both of the other bedrooms. I currently am attending the university of west Florida for marine biology. My major stems from love of all things fish, including fishing and the many aquariums I have. My other interests include working out and projects such as word working or my f150. I am very dedicated to my work and hobbies so I’m not much of a partier so no worries about to many guest coming around the house. Can’t wait to meet you!
