Seeking female roommate for downstairs room (furnished or unfurnished) and shared bathroom in our beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom family home. Rent includes all utilities as well as access to our home gym and outdoor living space (we have a great back yard!).

We are an all-female home (except our cat Leo lol). It’s me, my two daughters, and my mom, who lives in a separate attached dwelling unit. I am a high school teacher, and my mom is retired, but owns a cleaning business. My daughters are ages 8 and 11.
