Erikah's room

The Property is a two family house, with neighbors that live on the top floor. Inside is a 3 bedroom and 1/5 bathroom, a lot of wide open space, central air and central heating. The surrounding area is a pretty quiet neighborhood, nothing really goes on. This is my parents home and when they passed I took over the place and now I’m looking for someone to help split the rent with me. My older cousin is the landlord and will be doing some renovations on the apartment, he also owns his own construction company. I also have my own washing machine and there is also a dryer.

I’m very a fun, kind and caring person who has nothing but good energy, but slightly shy. I’m pretty chill and laid back, I don’t really party and I don’t keep a lot of noise either. a heavy gamer.
