Lindsey's room

Let me preface this post by saying that I am looking for one female roommate at this time. This is a sober space, and not a good fit for anyone with cats or children. The unit has faux-hardwood floors, and lots of natural light from east-facing windows. The unit is on the top floor of a two-story building. Responsive property managers. Extremely walkable neighborhood. Access code entry to get into building, and subsequent keyed entry to get into each apartment unit. Newly remodeled in 2021. Heat/AC controlled by mini-split units in each room. Washer/dryer in unit, and kitchen has a dishwasher. Small deck on back of unit. Ample parking, and dumpster on site. The room is unfurnished, and will be empty in preparation of someone moving in.

40 y/o female, professionally employed full-time, and online student part-time, drug free, and sober. I enjoy cooking healthy food, mostly vegetarian, but not exclusively so. I use minimally-scented products, practice composting, and take bugs outside. I don’t own a television, and prefer to spend what little time I have on my personal crafts, meal-prepping, and savoring time to myself. My cleaning habits are to keep the space tidy everyday, and do a good cleaning about once a week. I’m quiet, and like for my living space to be a place to recharge, so I rarely have guests.
