jessica's room

i live in a 2bed 2 bath apt (one room / bathroom available)! it is a downstairs unit, and it has wood floors except the rooms which have carpet. there is a full size washer and drier in unit, double stainless steel sink, automatic dishwasher, and a natural burning fire place. where i’m located in the complex, i only have 3 neighbors which makes it generally a pretty quiet place. it’s right on the boarder of citrus heights and roseville.

hiiii, jess! i’m twenty three y/o i’ve had the same roommate for about 5 years and she decided to move back home by the beach but staying in sac to finish schooling and building my career. i work in the medical field mon - fri :) i am pretty low energy; i’m an aquarius so i keep to myself most of the time but i do enjoy going out every once and a while and meeting new people! i do have a boyfriend of three years and i usually see him on the weekends whether he comes over or if i go to him. he’s very respectable and i don’t tolerate any disrespect from anyone in the household so rest assured!! i’m generally a pretty clean person, i don’t like messy spaces so id really appreciate someone who can pick up after themselves. i’m 420 friendly but i only smoke outside on the patio (patio is attached to my master bedroom so you wouldn’t even notice me:) i do have a dog (he’s a chiweenie) - he’s emotionally certified (ESA), he’s fixed, and he’s a really good boy who gets along with other animals! i like to paint, i love the outdoors (kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking), i like to rave & i travel out of town to visit friends / family often.
