The common areas are furnished, so you would only need furniture for your room and stuff for the kitchen. The bathroom would be shared between 2 people. The apartment has a Washer and Dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher. The property itself has a gym with a racket ball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a business center and pool.
