Luke's room

A 4 bedroom house on the Middletown Newport line. Rent will vary per bedroom so please reach out. The main house is a classic cape style with a large back yard with two smaller bedrooms up stairs and a lager size downstairs bedroom. The bath has a jacuzzi/shower combo, a large 4 season room, and a stunning entertaining kitchen and deck.

I am a first time home owner, renting out rooms so I can afford the house. I work at the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. My girlfriend lives here as well and is a nurse. I work alot over the summer and we try to ski as much as we can in the winter. We are not heavy partiers but enjoy the company of others!
