Courtney's room

Located in the heart of Henderson near Green Valley Ranch, 3 minutes from the 215 to take you anywhere in the city. Quiet neighborhood, 2 car garage and finished backyard. Street parking available as well as a spot in the garage will be available. The bedroom available for rent is in the front of the house away from other rooms with French doors, a closet and ceiling fan. The room will be furnished with a bed if you wish but that is it. There is a shared Jack and Jill bath. It has a shower, bathtub, and vanity sink. The shared living quarters will be furnished.

You will be sharing the home with 1 or 2 other roommates. Females only.

Renters insurance, proof of employment/student status, & background check will be required.

I am a full time traveling professional and rent my home while away. I’m an active person who spends time outdoors!
