unfurnished - room and bathroom will be cleared out when my current roommate leaves Month-to-month lease. Located in Awbry Pines on the Butte near COCC. It’s a 3 bedroom but one of our roommates is moving out, so we’re looking to fill the third bedroom. Shared bathroom. The living room is mostly furnished, but I’m not attached to any of the furniture if you’d like to bring any of yours with you! Wifi/utilities are not included in the base. Split between 3 people, the wifi is $30 and electric is usually $25 in the summer and $40 in the winter. Laundry is located on site and is not included in the base rent. Must go through approval process provided by the property

Hi! I’m Allie, I’m 26, and I’ve lived in Bend for the past 5.5 years. I work with students who have disabilities at a local elementary school and will nanny occasionally on the side. I’m usually up pretty early and go to bed pretty early because of the school schedule. 😊 I tend to spend most of my time either in my room or out of the apartment, so I’m pretty quiet! I’d prefer someone responsible, clean and considerate.
