Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bedroom house with two male roommates. Bathroom is shared. House has front yard with private backyard. Street parking and driveway parking available. Neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. Close proximity to amenities (grocery store, Target, restaurants, highway, etc.). I will be moving out July 2nd so earliest move-in date is July 3rd. Listed rent includes utilities.

Other two roomies are both male in their early 30s who are very respectful and keep a cleanly house. Roomie who bathroom will be shared with leaves early for work so there is never any conflict for morning routines. The house vibe is very harmonious so the ideal candidate would be someone who is responsible and cleanly.
