This building is located in the heart of downtown Miami/Brickell, right across from the Brickell Ave bridge. The building is on top of Whole Foods, with surrounding highway access, banks, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc. I have lived in this building for a year already in a 1/1. In the new 2/2, I have the master bedroom, but both rooms are the same size with their own respective walk in closet and bathroom. The living room/kitchen is already furnished.

I currently live alone at this property in 1/1 and will be moving into the new 2/2 unit mid July.
