I am looking for a house-mate to enjoy the coziness of my stylish, upscale home. My home is only 2 years old & VERY CLEAN. Housemate would have access to all amenities of the common areas of the home. I have two friendly Labs, one cat & one kitten that are indoor/outdoor pets. One dog is welcome if they are friendly and like cats. My animals have full run of the house other than my house-mate’s private areas. Your private bedroom is furnished, has a queen bed, closet, private TV, and a small workspace. Mini refrigerator and microwave in room; private 3-piece bathroom right outside bedroom door. Very private. I have a lovely fenced backyard with firepit table, outdoor BBQ and dog run. My home is in Crystal Valley, 3.5 miles from quaint downtown Castle Rock. Very safe neighborhood; home and neighborhood are equipped with security cameras and alarms. Applicants must provide proof of previous residency, proof of income, and agree to a background check. $1100 per month, 6-month “month-to-month” trial period, then rent subject to an increase due to market conditions. Monthly rental includes utilities, with a $1,000 security deposit required. Available August 1st.
