He works as an engineer and keeps to himself. Shared living room and kitchen space that will mostly be yours. You will need to furnish your room.

Across the street from Dwight Murphy Park and a 3 minute walk to East Beach. Dogs allowed!

It’s a pretty sweet spot! I am moving to Austin, otherwise I would love to stay here.
