House with yard and lots of trees. Quick drive to downtown Ocala. Room for two additional roommates. Means the rent can be split 3 ways. So $1,395 plus utilites and internet divided by number of people in house. Or about $750 per person for two people in house or about $500 per person if there are 3 people in house. Need to be able to help keep up yard work or willing to chip in to pay for lawn service.

Working full time. Need 1 or 2 roommates. Must be able to apply at rental company to be on the lease with me, that starts July 1st. I like peace and quiet. No smoking preferred. No drugs.
