ABOUT THE PROPERTY: The home is spacious (2,500 sqft) with 4 bedrooms and rests on a 3 acres property. The house has an indoor washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, freshly painted interior, game room, and plenty of parking. We are a family of 3 - myself, my husband, our 1 year old son. My husband, son and I occupy the master bedroom/bath. Our new roommate will have their own private bedroom and share a bathroom with our live in nanny. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen size bed. The bedroom has just been painted, professionally cleaned, and had the carpets steam cleaned. The bathroom was just remodeled.

This room is available for rent on June 1st. Sorry, we do not allow the room to be shared, no exceptions.

ABOUT THE RENT: The room will rent for $1250 including all utilities (wifi, trash, water, gas and electric) and boarding for your horse. We have a house cleaner that comes every day and also have the entire house professionally cleaned 2X month. There is ample garage and outdoor parking available. There will be options to bring your outdoor dog or cat for $75 extra/month. We also have options to store boats, trailers, and/or RVS, and/or on the property for an additional fee.

RENTAL TERMS: This room is rented on a month to month basis, we require payment for first months rent, last months rent and a security deposit ($1250) upon move in - total of $3750. Please check out the photos to see the beautiful outdoor property and living space.

My husband and I own a business in SLO and work Mon- Friday, we both have after work hobbies as well. Our baby comes to work with us 3X per week and stays at the house with the nanny 2X per week. When we are not at work we enjoy outdoor activities, and up keeping our house and property. Our ideal roommate will be clean and respectful and have a professional career. We are not looking for a partier, on average I would say we have company 1X per month as most of our friends are in south county.
