Kristina's room

Private master bedroom available in 3bd/2.5bath townhouse. The house is two floors with shared common rooms on first floor including kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, half bath and backyard. The bedroom is on the second floor and will be unfurnished, whereas the rest of the house will be furnished. Fairly roomy with ensuite bathroom. It is a gated community. I also have a well behaved cat, so preferrably no other pets. There is a $50 application fee, and the rent does not include utilities. 15 minutes from Eglin, 10 from Hurlburt.

I am very friendly, clean, quiet and respectful! I am also an online student, so I can keep to myself most of the time. I work as a barista, so I’m generally up early. I enjoy running, hiking and plants. :)
