2 rooms in an apartment of 3 rooms for $350 each, so I would prefer to match with someone that could rent both rooms. Pretty safe and quiet surroundings, next to Kroger and post office. Utilities and internet will be shared, around $80-100 each person depends on your usage. The lease is 4 months only!
I will be living with my boyfriend in a room from October to December (yes I won’t be there during Aug and Sep, so you pretty have all to yourself during those 2 months)! We are both students and are quiet most of the time. I will only go out of my room to cook and clean, otherwise you won’t see me much. I’m very flexible with temperature so you can adjust that one to your liking whenever!
