Nhi's room

I’m looking to lease out a room in my duplex. This bedroom fits comfortably a full size bed or queen and comes with a walk in closet. Kitchen and bathroom are also spacious and have granite countertops. This place is a new build so everything is up to date! We have another bedroom that we’re planning on leasing out in the future so you’ll potentially have to share a bathroom with one other person. There are two sinks and a large shower space.
