Simple, convenient apartment in a nice neighborhood that’s quick walking distance from Drexel campus. There’s an open kitchen/living area, single bathroom, and two bedrooms, either of which can be yours! There’s good kitchen space, and while there’s no oven there is an air fryer. The main space also accommodates well for hangouts. Washer/dryer are available next door. The room will not be furnished but the rest of the place is. If you don’t mind a smaller space, I would highly recommend the place!

My name is Cas (they/he), and I’m the only other roommate in the place. I am very quiet and keep to myself, so respectful distance will never be an issue (you’ll probably forget I’m even home). That said, I’m a very easy-going person who’s never had an issue getting along. Bonus points if you’re a musician/artist/nerd.
