Tramonto Drive

Looking to fill in the extra room in my 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Palisades, located right off Sunset and PCH. It’s a perfect location, nestled right in between Santa Monica and Malibu. The Palisades itself is also great. There are plenty of hikes, shops, tennis courts, and we are also right next to the beach. Every single room in the place has a view of the ocean and/or the hills. The complex is small, quiet and extremely safe. It includes access to the pool, laundry rooms, a small gym, extra storage, a rec room, and a sauna (which I’ve never seen anyone else go in). There is always plenty of guest parking and an indoor spot as well. The room is 12ft x 12ft, comes with its own full bathroom, a large closet, an incredible view of the ocean, and access to the patio area.

I am extremely easy going. I like to keep the place clean but I’m not super up tight about it. I’m looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle to mine and is ok with being friendly, if not good friends. I think it’s weird to share a roof with a stranger. I own a business development company and work remotely. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, hiking, tennis, golf, reading, going out, trying new things, and exploring new places. You do have to be ok with cats because I have two of the cutest cats ever. They’re both doll faced persians. They are both hypoallergenic, very well behaved, and super sweet.
