Has a pool, gym, large balcony, washer dryer in unit. Quiet neighborhood. Been here 3 years and has been great. About 15 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Next to a casino and plenty of golf. Also next to a liquor store, smoke shop and walgreens when entering.

27 years olds and work remote. Have a cat that is cool as hell. Neighbors are definitely older and is a quiet neighborhood. One room available because my roommate is moving in with his gf. Would be just be me left. Place is quite clean and furnished besides the bedroom. 420 friendly
