About the room
One spot in a room for two people - currently has two lofted beds w/ desks inside, but we can remove one or both depending on your needs. The entire room is available for 1700$/month if desired. The apartment is very close to the Hill, so makes a short walk to campus and is generally very chill. The building and rooms have keyless entry, using a pin-code and mobile app. There’s at least one parking spot available for a fee, though we could potentially ask for more from the landlord.

The apartment is a 2bd/2ba and will have 2 male UCLA students staying in the other room through the Summer.
