Utilities range on average $100 monthly per person and cover electricity, water, trash/recycling pick-up, and grounds maintenance. Cleaners come monthly so there’s a $100 cleaning fee shared among upper level roommates.

This is a townhouse in Fairfax, in a neighborhood directly off of Route 50. Minutes from I-66 and I-495 for an easy commute to D.C. The Vienna metro is 1.5 miles from the house, with a nearby bus stop to catch the CUE/Metrobus. Walking distance to Pan Am Shopping Center which has a Safeway, Starbucks, Domino’s, and CVS, and is a few minutes from Mosaic District.

Laundry room is on the lower level, and is shared among the 4 roommates. There is no designated parking spot, but plenty of available parking in the neighborhood.

Looking for a friendly female working professional who values keeping a clean, quiet, and relaxed home environment. Looking for someone who does not work from home, does not have frequent guests (no overnight guests), and preference if you do not cook frequently.
