I have many animals of all types, I keep everything clean and I service the property. As long as you are cleanly and respectful I will help out if ever you need it. I work full time, and go to school part time. I would prefer my potential roomate(s) to have no animals or reptiles/aquatics rather than dogs or cats. If willing to pay the full 1,000 a month plus 179 (on the high side in bills), I have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom available. If I have 2 roomates there is a shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms available. The smaller starts at 500 + bills ($620) and the larger starts at 700 + bills ($820) a month.
