No access to house main kitchen. • We are mature busy professional, quiet, totally there will be 3 people living in this big house including the owner and tenant. • Requirements: single occupancy, full time working professional, not working more than 2 days at home, quiet (no loud music, TV, etc.), clean, mature, friendly, considerate, responsible, respectful, NO VISITORS without approval, no smoking, no illegal drug, non-alcoholic, no marijuana, no pet, no strong smell of any kind.
