Preyanca's room

This is an amazing building with GREAT amenities- 2-story gym, pool and hot tub, work space, movie theater, entertainment spaces, a rooftop, and lots of outdoor areas. It is also very safe, there is security on the property at all hours. It is located near The Villages (a great mall), close to many necessities (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target), and great restaurants.
The room available is a private room with a private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen and living room are spacious. Parking is included in a covered parking garage. There is lots of visitor parking. Move-in can be flexible- it can be anywhere from July 1st- September 1st. The lease will be over in February 2023. Truly a great place to live!

I’ll be moving and looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease (until Feb 2023). Looking for someone who is respectful, clean and friendly. My roommate is a 20-something professional who works from home. She does have a dog. He is hypoallergenic and the absolute cutest and friendliest pup out there. He is completely house broken.
