Hi! I have a room in my house for rent. It’s on the upper floor and is a decent size of roughly 16’x10’. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other who is quite clean. Full access to kitchen and shared spaces with your own pantry and fridge space. The house has a pool in the back; bbq and smoker on the patio. Landscaping is under renovation currently when I get time to work on it. The location is really great in Gilbert. Access to the 60 and 202 is excellent. Downtown Gilbert is a mile away. San Tan Marketplace has everything you need and is 5 minutes away. Sorry, no pets.
The house is shared by 4 guys where you would be the 4th. I am a 37 y/o software engineer and my roomies are young professionals in their early 20’s. We’re looking to add another chill dude who is clean, drama-free, relatively quiet, and respectful of the house and the other roomies. We have a good thing going here, so finding the right roomie is a priority! :) Quiet hours during the week is 10pm-7am roughly. Weekends are chill, just don’t rage while others are trying to sleep. We will be splitting utilities so we are accountable for turning the lights off :) I work from home so I am looking for roomies that will be at work (or sleeping) during the day while I’m working. I lead a fun, healthy, and active lifestyle. I go to Lifetime Fitness across the street on weeknights.
