Hello, I’m renting out one of the master rooms with private bathroom in my home located in Altamonte Springs, FL. Renting to working individuals only. The room size is 16’ x 14. The house has been completely remodeled, renovated, and is over 2,000 sq. ft. with butcher block countertops, solid wood cabinets, renovated bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and new carpeting in all bedrooms. In addition, there is a large open dining room/living room space with a patio. Washer/Dryer is available.
The area is located in a A+ school district, safe suburban neighborhood with plenty shopping and restaurant plazas.
