Hello! I’m looking for a single to take over my room in a 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom house starting July 1st. FEMALE ONLY. NO PETS. The rent is $710/month. Current roommate is 20, female, and is a student at VCU for nursing. Keeps areas clean and super friendly. Located in the safe Surreywood neighborhood in North Chesterfield right off of Midlothian Turnpike. City is a 20 minute drive away

The 2 current roommates are 20-30, female, and very nice and respectful of boundaries and personal items. Both go to school or work during the day. Keeps private and communal spaces clean and only smoke outside. LGBTQ+ friendly and super creative people!
