About the room
I have a 3 beroom apartment with one bedroom available for rent. This is a very nice place to live, and has private access to the Guadalupe River. The total rent is roughly $2000-$2100 per month, which is split 3-ways. The utilities will also be split 3-ways. You must earn enough money to live here, and will need to pay the office for the application process. I only expect a few things from any potential renter. You must pay your share of rent and untilities on-time, every time. You must be clean. Clean up after yourself and do not leave messes for orhers to clean up for you. Respect others in the shared space. No loud music/TV as everyone is on a different sleep/work schedule.
