You have your own furnished 2-room suite and bathroom on 2nd floor of house with efficiency kitchen including fridge and microwave, with use of community kitchen in the basement between certain hours. Internet wifi, cable tv, heat and hot water included. Staircase leads to your quarters without having to go through anyone else’s living space. River view from your rooms and house is 2 blocks from Hudson River and convenience store, library, post office, restaurants and nice social amenities of the town including community garden and other activities. On-street parking with no alternate side parking restrictions. 12 minute drive from downtown Albany. Rural area and farm with small buffalo within one mile. Also, state parks with hiking, camping within 5 minute drive. You need to have your own car as no public transportation. (Room wall is green, in process of being painted a neutral color and updated. Partially retired social worker/music teacher lives on bottom floor - frequently out of town.
