Hi there! Looking for a roommate to share this beautiful and upgraded four bedroom home on 1/2 acre in Norco. This private bedroom shares a nice sized bathroom with one other roommate. We’re in a great location, close to Norco College, local shopping centers, and the 15 freeway. Must be drug free, drama free, and have a stable income. No dogs please, we already have one. Horse stall also available for an additional monthly charge. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer. No smoking and no overnight guests please.
