LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL FEMALE ROOMMATE FOR LUXURY TOWNHOUSE

Hi there!

We are three professional females sharing a beautiful, luxury Townhouse owned by our Landlord who is a licensed realtor (note: this is NOT owner occupied). One of our roommates is moving out to move in together with her boyfriend, so we’re in search of a new professional female roommate.

Our living situation is quiet and peaceful and we are respectful of each other’s privacy. This is not the home to live in if you like to bring over a lot of friends and have parties.

We are all professionals in our 30’s.

The Townhouse is beautiful, luxurious, and very clean with an open floor plan.

I occupy a bright and airy room with a large window. The entire rec room is available for rent. Yes, you read that right–you get the entire rec room including your own private bedroom and bath, entire rec room with fireplace and incredibly large clothes room with storage, plus FREE parking.! I use one room for my bedroom. I use the rec room (I call it my all purpose/guest room) for doing bills and taking care of other financial matters, watching movies on Netflix, and as an exercise room. It’s really nice having a large space. If you have an out of town guest, you are the only one in the Townhouse that would have a guest room. You also have the largest clothes closet/room in the house. The washer and dryer are on the rec room level and it is super convenient to do laundry and get it put away quickly. It is also good to keep your T.V. out of the bedroom and nice to keep the bedroom just for sleeping. It’s really been great having the rec room and it’s rare. I am only moving out because my boyfriend and I would both like to have our own place together. Otherwise, I was very happy living here with my current roommates and a responsive Landlord.

The Townhouse was renovated by the owner/Landlord when he purchased it a few years ago so everything is nice and modern. There are three levels to the home. The first floor level is where I reside. The second level is where we have the kitchen (wooden floors, granite countertops), living and dining rooms (hardwood floor), and a half bath for guests. The third level has the master bedroom ensuite plus two rooms.

The neighborhood is great–quiet–and the neighbors are very friendly. Unbelievable location inside the beltway, close to interstates, shopping, restaurants & public trans (Metro).
