Your room: The master bedroom has natural lighting from 2 double paned windows and a view into the backyard. Has built in closet with sliding doors. I’m planning on giving a fresh coat of paint to room prior to move in. The room is right next to shared bathroom, which has its own standing tub and shower stall. We can have the room furnished for you for $950/month rent if needed. You pay 1/3 of utilities & driveway parking is available. The house: A homey 3 bd, 1 bath on a 0.18 acre lot with hardwood floors. Central location, minutes driving to grocery stores (Winco, Raley’s, Trader Joe’s, Business Costco, etc.), highway 80 & 50, and Arden fair mall. The house is located on a dead end street, so extremely quiet and many families in the neighborhood. Minutes walking distance to Cottage park & Morse Kaiser Medical Center. The backyard has lots of green space and garden is Japanese tea garden style.

About me (Taylor, 20’s): I work at a local non-profit with a hybrid working schedule and I love what I do! I am a super family oriented person who enjoys cooking, hiking, reading and playing soccer in my spare time.

About Olivia: She works at a local elderly assisted living facility. She values her own space, so she mainly keeps to herself in her room. Has an interest in fashion, beauty and design.
