Sunland Street

The room for rent is the master with an attached bathroom. It has a ceiling fan, a large queen size bed, clothes cabinet, shelves, desk/chair and a flat screen TV. There’s a nice backyard and great neighborhood for walking. Overall it’s a chill and quiet vibe. The furniture can be removed if you have your own stuff.

I’m easy going and clean. Don’t cook a lot but I eat healthy. I live alone in my 3 bedroom house. My work is half-time online from home and half-time downtown Dallas. I take care of the house and the yard well.
