Really lovely, spacious 2nd/3rd floor apartment in East Watertown. It is unique in that there are two floors in this apartment: dining room, living room, half bathroom, and kitchen are on the first floor and full shared bathroom and bedrooms are on the second floor. The bedroom for rent has west-facing windows and three storage closets, one of which is for hanging clothes. There is also extra storage space in the basement. No pets are allowed (per the lease). There is off-street parking that is available at night time, provided you move your car before office employees arrive in the morning during the week and on Saturdays.

Hi, I’m Isabel, a 28-year old female who is quiet, considerate and very clean/organized. I enjoy hiking in New Hampshire, caring for my many plants, trying new recipes, and catching up on sleep. I love spending time with my loved ones, but mainly keep social activities outside of the apartment. Having a calm, safe, and clean space to come back to at the end of the day is very important to me. During the day, I am at a local Independent School working with parents and doing communications. I prioritize open communication about any apartment-related issues and use roommate contracts to set expectations. My current roommate will be moving out of state on July 30 after 4 years of living together. I looking for another roommate to sign a lease for move-in on July 1, 2022, hopefully long term if all goes well (a grad student may not be the best fit for me).

I’m looking for a female roommate who is a working professional with a with a similar living style. Clean, is an active partner in household maintenance/chores, considerate and kind, non-smoking. Frequent overnight guests would be a non-starter for me. I have found that I am most compatible with roommates aged 30-45 (mainly because of my living style).
