Natasha's room

This very spacious room is located in a beautiful gated community in riverside. The bathroom is shared with 1 other female. The bathroom has double sinks, making the space share friendly. You will have access to the pool/laundry/refrigerator/kitchen, Wi-Fi, utilities are included and plenty of parking! We are close to the 91 freeway and the Tyler mall! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It’s a really beautiful place to live.

There are 5 women currently living in the home. 2 are retired, 2 work nights and a student. We would prefer a working professional that DOESNT work from home female tenant. No pets. No drama. No over night guests. MUST show proof of income and agree to a background check. Someone who likes to garden that can help out on the hill would be a plus, Rent can is negotiable if you are willing to help. Room could also be furnished for an extra fee.
