I have one very freshly painted room available for rent. This is a perfect living situation for students as UCLA is ten minutes away. Or it’s great for professionals looking for cheap housing or who are trying to relocate to Los Angeles. Its also good for anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe, cheap place to live close to a lot of things to do.

Both rooms are in a very nice townhouse in Alhambra. The room is 10x12. There are two shared bathrooms. One has a shower in it. There’s garage parking, parking for the complex, and ample street parking. There’s a washer and dryer on site, and a garbage disposal. Additionally, there is access to a swimming pool.

The townhouse is pretty nice and it’s a newer home near downtown Alhambra. If you’re unfamiliar with Alhambra, it’s between South Pasadena and Monterey Park. It’s a really nice peaceful area in LA County. The townhouse is just a five minute walk from many restaurants, a movie theater, a comic shop, bars, and other shops. It’s a really really nice area. There are sushi restaurants, ramen restaurants, bobba tea, korean BBQ, and several parks. It’s also ten minutes from downtown Pasadena, ten minutes from Highland Park, and ten minutes from UCLA. It’s very well situated. The neighborhood is middle class and quiet and safe.

I try to keep a clean house and people are more or less free to do as they please with only a few exceptions. I’m looking for respectful people who will clean up after themselves and not damage the property as well as pay rent on time. It’s a chill place for chill people.

Rent is 1000.00 per month, due on the first. The Security deposit is 1500.00. Gas and Internet is covered in the rent. Electric is generally split three ways. This is one room for one person.

Me, I work in film. I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I’m mostly at work or working on projects of my own. I’d like to meet and live with cool people.
