This is a 3 bed 2.5 bath in SW Bend available this month. This is a lease takeover and you’ll share the house with one other roommate. You would have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom to yourself. There is a third bedroom that is currently being used as a shared space. Rent is currently 870 plus utilities split with the other tenant. No pets, No children, No smokers please. The lease is only until October but you would have option to renew for another year. The Deposit will be 1795 upon move in and an additional smaller deposit that will be adjusted based on your background check and qualifications with the Property Manager. The current tenants are myself and my roommate, we are very close and clean and want to find somebody who would fit in to this environment. We are both in our mid to late 20s and are not partiers. We both work full time and want someone respectful and clean to take over for me.
