Room is empty and does not come with an air conditioner window unit. Bring your own furniture, air conditioner, and food. Month-to-Mont lease with a 30-day notice to move.

I am a 50+ year old, disabled and unemployed male. I am seeking a roommate so that they can keep an eye out for me when they are at home, (such as call 911 when I need it, remind me of things when I forget, help around the place, etc.). Not looking for drama or criminal-minded people. Just an honest person who is no trouble. I am a smoker, but I smoke outside most of the time.
