South East End Avenue

Hi! I am currently living in a 3br/3ba apartment and looking for new roommates (of any sex/gender) to take over the two other rooms in our apartment (my current two roommates are moving out). I am looking to sign a new yearly lease in September.

The apartment is in Regents Park, here are some details: • apt is 1300 sq ft in total • apt includes dishwasher, in-unit heating & AC, in-building laundry • rooms have individual heating and AC • living room is furnished • hardwood floors • rooms have walk-in closet • shared kitchen and living room • building has a pool, fitness center, market, garden, 36th floor lounge, and grill • building has a garage with space for bikes • unit has a beautiful view of Hyde Park and Lake Michigan • easy access to the lake and lakefront trail • stops for the 172 and 6 buses are right outside the building • UChicago campus is easily accessible • pet friendly management (also personally open to pets) • wheelchair accessible

Rent is about $1040 a month, and this includes all utilities (yes, all).

Each individual room has its own bathroom. The rooms are slightly different, however. One has a ensuite bathroom, while the other room has its bathroom directly across the hallway. The one with the ensuite bathroom is unfurnished, and the other is furnished (with the option to buy the bed and current furnishings from my roommate).

About me: I am a current PhD student, generally clean, social, and am happy living with roommates of all dispositions (quiet, loud, social, etc.)

I like photography, guitar, gaming, and skateboarding. Also a big film buff!
