I am looking for a subleaser to take my spot until December 2022. The house is right in the heart of Citrus Heights off Sunrise, and it is walkable to plenty of food options as well as groceries. I commute to Roseville for work with no problem. Parking is available on-street as well as the driveway. The house has a large front room with a TV, couches, and a fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There’s also a bathroom with a tub/shower (shared with 2 people), and laundry hookups in the garage. With a full size bed, the room itself fits a desk, a TV setup, and a dresser for extra clothing storage. The garage itself is also used for storage and hosting friends. Along with the monthly rent, tenants also pay just $50 monthly for internet and utilities.

The house comes with 3 responsible, yet chill roommates, who are each in their mid 20s; 2 brothers, and one of their girlfriends. They are PC gamers who tend to be very lowkey and clean up after themselves. I have known them for over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about all 3 of them. The couple has a kitten and a bearded dragon and the brother has his own cat as well. You will be sharing a bathroom with the couple.
