About the room
A studio is available in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Castro Valley. The studio has a total area coverage of 350 sq ft. It has a private entrance and the backyard where we like to do gardening, play, or sometimes just relax and hear the sounds of birds chirping.
The area is a great school district and is very close to Castro Valley Bart (for traveling and commuting to other cities), Lake Chabot (a great place for biking, hiking, running, boating, etc.), and Castro Valley village (a lot of shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and fun things to do). The location is also close to major freeways (I580, 238, 880), Oakland International Airport, and California State University East Bay.
About the roomies
The studio is attached along the main house. And me and my husband along with a roommate live in the house.
We love to go on long walks hike around the lake Chabot and the neighborhood. We also love to do gardening and play basketball.
